Denver

Denver County offers the biggest selection of diversity in terms of home and neighborhood styles. Southern Suburbs

Arapahoe County, located in between Denver to the north, and Douglas County to the south, offers a wide price range in single family and executive types of homes. Cherry Creek and Littleton School Districts offer some of the top-ranked schools in the State. Castle Pines Village is an exclusive gated community nestled in pine trees. Castle Rock is a charming town with an old-time feel and offers both older and newer construction in a variety of price points. People who live in Douglas County typically commute to the Denver Tech Center or use the light-rail system to downtown Denver.
